سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

 

رضاكم هو أولويتنا. نحن نقدم سياسة إرجاع واستبدال بسيطة وواضحة لضمان أفضل تجربة تسوق لكم.

المدة الزمنية

• يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الإرجاع والاستبدال للموافقة على طلبك، يجب أن تتوفر الشروط التالية:

• أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، ولم يتم استخدامه.

• أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والبطاقات.

• إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية.

كيفية تقديم طلب الإرجاع

2. اذكر التفاصيل: يرجى تزويدنا برقم الطلب واسم المنتج الذي ترغب في إرجاعه.

3. انتظر التعليمات: سنقوم بالرد عليك وإرسال كافة التعليمات اللازمة لإتمام عملية الإرجاع.

استرداد المبلغ

• بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط، سنقوم بإعادة المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع التي تم استخدامها عند الشراء.

• قد تستغرق عملية استرداد المبلغ بضعة أيام عمل لتظهر في حسابك البنكي.

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع بعض المنتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها لأسباب صحية أو لطبيعتها، مثل:

• المنتجات المخفضة (منتجات التصفية).

• الملابس الداخلية.

• بطاقات الهدايا.

Refunds

• The refund process may take a few business days to appear in your bank account.

Non-Returnable Items Some products cannot be returned for health reasons or due to their nature, such as:

• Sale items (clearance items).

• Underwear.

• Gift cards.
